Wie schön am Meer mit milder Morgensonne aufzuwachen... ich fühle mich sehr wohl hier im Turtles Beach Resort Hurghada! Die liebevollen und offenen Menschen hier im Resort und im Ort La Fayrouz geben mir das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein. : )
Auch wie
sie hier mit dem Corona-Virus umgehen - sehr entspannt! Hier in Ägypten
akzeptieren alle den Virus, haben aber keine Panik und sind deswegen bestimmt
weniger anfällig - das ist zumindest meine Meinung... Weshalb wohl sind Kinder
erst dieses Jahr angesteckt worden? - Auch sie wurden nun ein ganzes Jahr von
den Medien und ihren Eltern, die Angst haben, manipuliert... Die neue Mutation
(Omikron) zeigt deutlich, dass Impfen nichts nützt, denn auch mehrfach Geimpfte
werden angesteckt und geben den Virus weiter... LASS DICH NICHT MANIPULIEREN:
Es geht ums Geld und daraus Profit machen - wie fast immer! Wir sind zu viele
Menschen auf unserem Planeten und zerstören ihn wie ein Virus…
Wie
bereits erwähnt, war ich schon ca. 15-mal in Ägypten - auch im Winter. Deshalb
wusste ich, dass es abends vor allem mit Wind empfindlich kühl werden kann und
habe gut gepackt... ich trage Schichten wie die Araber bei Temperaturen
tagsüber um 25 Grad und nachts um 12.
How nice to wake up by the sea with the mild morning sun... I feel very comfortable here at the Turtles Beach Resort Hurghada! The lovely and open people here at the resort and in La Fayrouz make me feel I'm in good hands.
Also how they deal with the corona virus here - very relaxed! Here in Egypt everyone accepts the virus but do not panic and consequently are definitely less predisposed - at least that's my opinion... Why did children only get infected this year? - They too were now manipulated for a whole year by the media and their parents, who are afraid... The new mutation (omicron) clearly shows that vaccination is of no use because even people who have been vaccinated several times get infected and pass the virus on... DON'T LET YOURSELF BE MANIPULATED: It's all about money and making a profit – like almost always! – We are too many humans on this planet destroying it like a virus…
As already mentioned, I've been to Egypt around 15 times - also in winter. That's why I knew that it can get quite cold in the evenings, especially with cool wind, thus I packed well... I wear layers like the Arabs with temperatures around 25 centigrade during the day and 12 at night.

Ich habe
das richtige Apartment gewählt (SeaView Turtles Hurghada https://seaview-turtles.business.site): warme Morgensonne bis 13 im
Windschatten! : ) So fand ich schon schnell mein Morgenritual und genoss jeden
Morgen meinen Balkon um mit der Aufmerksamkeit der Meditation meine Traumata Schicht
für Schicht aufzulösen und mich in eine positive Lebensenergie zu bringen... dazu
Kaffee, frisch gepressten Orangensaft, viel Tee und Obst bis mich der Hunger
Frühstück machen liess... : )
I have chosen the right apartment (SeaView Turtles Hurghada https://seaview-turtles.business.site): warm morning sun until 1 pm in the slipstream! : ) I quickly found my morning ritual and every morning I enjoyed my balcony to dissolve my traumas layer by layer with the attention of meditation bringing myself into a positive vital energy... along with coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, lots of tea and fruit until hunger made me have breakfast ... : )

Auch
sportlich war ich unterwegs wie immer: 3-mal die Woche 1 Stunde Jogging mit
Stretching - zum Schwimmen ist es mir zu windig und kühl... dafür machte ich
täglich ein Fuss- und Handbad im klaren Wasser des Roten Meeres, das immerhin
noch 23 Grad hat (meine Haut sieht zerschunden aus wie unsere Mutter Erde…).
Zum Laufen habe ich die beste Strecke bisher in Hurghada vor der Tür: alles dem
Strand/Küste der Kite-Surfer entlang ohne Strassen! : ) Ich mache auch 1-2 mal
Yoga pro Woche - diese Woche waren die letzten 1 1/2 Stunden online Lektionen
mit Monika dieses Jahr... Aber auch das fast tägliche Wischen und Putzen betrachte
ich als Sport und es macht Spass, vor allem wenn ich bewusst auf meine
Körperhaltung achte und bei Musik tänzerisch durch mein Apartment fege! ; )
As usual I was sportive and continued my habits: 3 times a week jogging for an hour including stretching - it's too windy and cool for swimming... but I did a foot and hand bath in the clear water of the Red Sea every day, which is still 23 centigrade (my skin looks bruised like our mother earth...). For running I have the best route in Hurghada so far in front of the door: all along the beach/coast of the kite surfers without roads! : ) I do yoga 1-2 times a week - this week the last 1 1/2 hours online lessons with Monika for this year... And I also consider wiping and cleaning as a sport and it's a daily fun, especially when I consciously pay attention to my posture and sweep through my apartment dancing while listening to music! ; )

Am 1. Tag
nach meiner Ankunft hier hatte ich eine Verabredung mit Tamer. Ich kenne ihn
seit etwa 6 Jahren aus Makadi, als ich noch Golf spielte. Tamer hat Arabisch
studiert und ist eigentlich Lehrer... Arabisch ist meine 7. Sprache. Vor 10 Jahren habe ich 2 Jahre arabisch
studiert und es vor einem halben Jahr mit dem App Duolingo wieder aufgenommen um
täglich 2-3 Stunden zu lernen. Das ist jedoch Fusha, das klassische Hochrabisch...
der ägyptische Dialekt (wie alle andern in den arabischen Ländern) ist aber
ganz was anderes - vergleichbar mit der deutschen Sprache: Auch wir haben ein
Hochdeutsch und viele Dialekte... ein Walliser versteht den Plattdeutschen
nicht - so wie der Marokkaner den Ägypter nicht versteht und umgekehrt... Tamer
zeigt mir 2 bis 3-mal die Woche den Unterschied zwischen Fusha und dem
ägyptischen Slang, was wir meist mit einem Abendessen und viel Spass verbinden.

On the first day after my arrival here, I had an appointment with Tamer.
I've known him from Makadi about 6 years ago when I was still playing golf.
Tamer studied Arabic and actually is a teacher... Arab ist my 7th language. 10 years ago I studied Arabic
for 2 years and resumed it six months ago with the Duolingo app to study 2-3
hours a day. But that's Fusha, standard Arabic... the Egyptian dialect (like
all the others in the Arab countries) is something completely different -
comparable to the German language: We also have a standard German and many
dialects... inhabitants of the Valais from the Swiss Alps do not understands Plattdeutsch
(Low German) from the north of Germany - just like Moroccans don't understand
Egyptian Arabic and vice versa... Tamer shows me the difference between Fusha
and Egyptian slang 2 to 3 times a week, which we combine with dinner and a lot
of fun. : ))
