Diese
Tage waren echt kalt - vor allem der stetige, kühle Wind von Nord/Nordost liess
dies deutlich spüren und erinnerte sofort daran: drinnen ist es bedeutend
gemütlicher! Die Sonne am Morgen konnte ich auf meinem Sofa drinnen geniessen,
so war ich bei meinem Morgenritual vor den Wind geschützt... : ) Und wie es die
Bären tun, schaltete ich schlaftechnisch auf Wintermodus...
These days were really cold - especially the continuous, cool wind from the north/northeast made it clearly feelable and immediately reminded: it's much more comfortable inside! I enjoyed the sun in the morning on my sofa inside, so I was protected from the wind during my morning ritual... : ) And like bears do, I switched to winter mode in terms of sleep...

Auch mein
Jogging war schwierig... vor allem gegen den Wind! Zudem hatte ich das Gefühl
mich komplett von der Aussenwelt ausschalten zu müssen... für einen Moment um
einen Neustart mit neuem Gedankengut zu ermöglichen… : ) Am 1. Februar liess der Wind nach und ich
konnte nach meinem Jogging sogar einen Sprung ins kühle Nass wagen! : )
My jogging was difficult too... especially against the wind! In addition, I felt like I had to shut myself down completely from the outside world... for a while to go for a restart with a new mindset… : ) On February 1st the wind dropped and I was even able to take a dip in the cool water after my run! : )

weitere Veränderung war in Sicht, denn ich plante eine kleine Reise an den Nil zu
Ehren von Ra/Re = Aton = Sonne: In Abydos stehen die Überreste von Echnatons
Reich. Er lebte um 1350 v. Ch. Und sein Name bedeutet ‘der, dem Gott Aton (=
Sonne) nützlich ist’. Echnaton versuchte den Urglauben an die Sonne wiedereinzuführen,
so wie die ersten Pharaonen (Zählung beginnt um 3000 v. Ch.) glaubten und die
neusten Naturvölker es immer noch tun...

And another change was in sight... I was planning a small trip to the
Nile in honour of Ra/Re = Aton = sun: In Abydos are the remains of Ikhnaton's
empire. He lived around 1350 BC and his name means ‘the one who is beneficial
to god Aton’ (= sun). Ikhnaton tried to reintroduce the original belief in the
sun, like the first pharaohs (counting begins around 3000 BC) believed in and
most nature tribes still do...
