Turtles Beach Resort El Fayrouz-Hurghada

Heute
begannen meine Vorbereitungen für die Rückreise in die Schweiz... Um zu Fliegen
musste man noch stets einen negativen PCR Test vorweisen. Nardeen vom Turtles
Beach Resort Hurghada (https://turtlesbeach.com) wusste einen Arzt in der Nähe, der ins Hotel kommt und
einen Tag später das Zertifikat bringt - klar profitierte ich davon! : )
Today I started with my preparations for the return trip to Switzerland... In order to fly you still had to present a negative PCR test. Nardeen from Turtles Beach Resort Hurghada (https://turtlesbeach.com) knew a doctor nearby who would come to the hotel and bring the certificate a day later - of course I benefited! : )

Ich ging
ein letztes Mal den teils bereits gesäuberten Strand entlang joggen und
Waleed & Osama begleiteten mich. : )
Am Abend eine letzte ägyptische Pizza bei El Eskanderani und eine Runde durch El
Fayrouz um mich von den lieben Menschen hier zu verabschieden.
I went for a last run along the partly cleaned beach time and Waleed & Osama joined me. : ) In the evening for a last Egyptian pizza at El Eskanderani and a round through El Fayrouz to say goodbye to the lovely people here.

Am
Abreisetag kamen Waleed & Osama mir trotz Besucherverbot helfen all mein
Gepäck zum Taxi zu schaffen... und eine ganze Schar versammelte sich um sich zu
verabschieden... : )) Mohammed Taxi fuhr mich zum Flughafen und dort erlebte
ich beim Einchecken eine nicht gerade erfreuliche Überraschung: Mein
vermeintliches 3-Monate Visum war nur 1 Monat gültig und ich verbrachte 2 hier
in Ägypten, was mich EUR 100 kostete und
nun kenne ich den ganzen Flughafen!
On the day of departure, Waleed & Osama came to help me to get all my luggage to the taxi despite visitors not allowed... and a crowd gathered to say goodbye... : )) Mohammed Taxi drove me to the airport and there at check I had a not really pleasant surprise: My supposed 3 months visa was only valid for 1 month and I spent 2 here in Egypt which cost me EUR 100 and now I know the whole airport!

Um 15:35
Uhr hob die Edelweiss in Hurghada pünktlich ab und landete 4 Stunden später in
Zürich, in der Schweiz. Das 1. Mal seit 2 Monaten musste ich eine Maske tragen
obwohl in der CH ab heute die Pflicht aufgehoben war -willkommen in der komplizierten
Welt der Menschen...

The Edelweiss took off from Hurghada punctually at 3:35 pm and landed 4
hours later in Zurich, Switzerland. For the 1st time in 2 months I had to wear
a mask although the obligation was lifted in CH from today - welcome to the
complicated world of humans...
